Payment: Net 60 via Faire
We do not take payment information over the phone. You must pay your invoice online via Faire. To pay with a check, contact us through Faire messenger.
Retail Pricing: Retailers may set their own selling price, as long as the price is above the MSRP listed on Faire.
Online Retailers: We accept orders from online retailers who sell on their own e-commerce website. Online retailers MAY NOT sell our products on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy, or similar third party e-commerce sites. Please note, we regularly check for violations of our terms and copyright.
All buyers may use our product photos to sell our products on their business’ e-commerce website. Online sellers MUST credit The Bower Studio as the creators of the products by clearly crediting The Bower Studio as the artists/makers.
If any content from The Bower Studio’s website is used, credit is necessary to uphold our copyright terms. If you use your own content (images and text), crediting The Bower Studio can be as simple as including The Bower Studio as a brand tag or manufacturer. Failure to properly credit The Bower Studio or misleading customers by portraying products as being produced by the seller/online retailer will be considered a violation of The Bower Studio’s terms and copyrights and may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or legal action.
1. Clearly credit The Bower Studio as the brand or manufacturer at the end of the product description as a simple mention. For example, “Made by The Bower Studio” placed at the end of the product description.
2. Visibly tag The Bower Studio as the brand or manufacturer on your website where customers can see the information.
3. Use this modified version of The Bower Studio’s product description wording, which clearly credits The Bower Studio. Choose the appropriate information in [brackets] based on the product you’re selling:
These greeting cards feature original illustrations by The Bower Studio. They are printed on plantable [white/cream] paper, which is embedded with [herb/wildflower] seeds and made from post-consumer waste.
To plant the paper, cover it with 1/8" of soil in full to partial sun and keep moist until the seeds establish. The seeds include Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.

Drop Shipping: We do not offer drop shipping for our products.
White Labeling: The Bower Studio does not offer white labeled products and does not allow sellers of The Bower Studio’s products to remove or obscure branding. Because The Bower Studio is an artisan business, crediting The Bower Studio is important for upholding our legal copyrights to our original designs and illustrations. Sellers found obscuring, removing, or rebranding The Bower Studio’s branding may be found to be in violation of our terms and copyrights which may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or legal action.
Sale of Unauthorized Products: Despite The Bower Studio’s best efforts to control intellectual property theft, there are still sellers offering counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized products. If a seller is found offering any products that violate our copyright or intellectual property rights, action will be taken to ensure that all sales of infringing products are permanently suspended. This may result in formal legal action.
Please be aware that if a product is not available on our website (wholesale or retail) and is found on Amazon or Alibaba (or other online marketplaces) it is likely an unauthorized or counterfeit product. If you find such products, please contact us to notify us of potential IP infringement.
The Bower Studio never sells on third party online marketplaces (except Faire) and does not allow retailers to sell on these sites.
Shipping: Orders ship within 15 - 21 days. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address where deliveries can be accepted.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees to reship the package. The Bower Studio is not responsible for delays due to inaccurately provided addresses or shipping company delays.
Returns: Buyers must notify The Bower Studio within 3 days of delivery for all returns.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be shipped back to The Bower Studio within 7 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the return package is accepted by The Bower Studio and verified as complete and without defect.
If an order is received with damages, notify The Bower Studio within 5 days of receipt with a description of the damage and photos. For damages related to shipping, please contact us as well as the shipping company.
